📝 Tournament Notes

The preliminary round robin draws have been set by tournament conveners Warren Hall & Ajith Fernando.

Round Robin stage matches have been fixed & scheduled. Dates cannot be changed to maintain fairness to all participants.

Match formats:

• Men's Singles — 6-game match format. Mixed Doubles — 8-game match format
• Men's Doubles — 8-game match format

📋 Tournament Rules

Format: Round Robin groups followed by Semi-Finals and Final.

Scoring: Each match is a single set of 6 games. All 6 games are played regardless of score.

Semi-Finals: Winner of Group 1 vs Runner-up of Group 2. Winner of Group 2 vs Runner-up of Group 1.

Hit-up: Only a 5-minute hit-up is allowed for each player's first set of the day.

How the results of the round robin will be decided:

1. Number of matches won
2. If equal — number of games won
3. If still equal — the result of the contest between the two tied players
4. If that result is also a draw — a playoff match of 8 games will be played
